Ocean Biome, new Underwater Temple

Upon setting the ocean height to anything below default sea level, the temple will still be surrounded by water, even if depth is set to 0. This also seems to cause some minor lag, as the squids and guardians will fall out of the water and suffocate leaving their drops on the ground ending in entity lag.
EDIT: This is NOT related to any other issue, this is its own thing, please do not add anything to this, categorize it into something else, or otherwise add something I did not mention in my report. So whoever added the irrelevant 'related to link' that I cannot remove, is wrong. Furthermore, This has been made private for Mojang's input only. Thank you.
