Using dispenser with water bucket to put out a fire causes particles

      1. Place a dispenser with a bucket of water in it
      2. Place a fire next to the dispenser (dispenser should face the fire)
      3. Activate the dispenser

      Particles appear like fire was a block which got broken
      (Probably caused by the fix that water just deletes the block)
