I have seen this bug appear in all previous versions of 1.7 . It occurs randomly where when it is raining, there will be one or two blocks where it is snowing instead of raining, even when it's not in a snow biome. And, even after it stops raining and it rains again, snow still falls in the same place. Sometimes this bug does occur near snow biomes but it also occurs in high places like mountains, or really just randomly. However, it does not occur in biomes with no rain.
This really bothers my because it's not just a texture glitch, snow will eventually appear under the spot where it is snowing. And it sticks out like a sore thumb.
