What I expected to happen was...:
My tamed wolf would do ~14 damage with a strength 2 splash.

What actually happened was....
The attack was no more than normal strength,

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Spawn a wolf and tame it.
2. Splash it with a strength potion.
3. Summon a zombie and punch it.
4. Count the number of attacks it takes the wolf to kill it.
5. Compare to a tamed wolf that wasn't splashed.
