I have a problem with the scoreboard system

What I expected to happen was...:
When not having a score for an objective it was seen as a score of 0 but now not anymore.

What actually happened was...:
I hoped I could add someones score who didn't had a score to a certain amount

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a objective (/scoreboard objectives add objective dummy)
2. /scoreboard players set @a[score_objective=0,score_objective_min=0] objective 1
3. try to get someones objective score to 1 via the command above, make shure you reset the persons scores first by /scoreboard players reset @a
