Confirmed
I placed an anvil on an end portal (the black thing) and it didn't get transfered to the end
what I expected to happen was: the anvil would fall the second I placed it and get transfered to the end the second it touches the portal.
What actually happened was: it just floated there. as if it thought the portal was a solid block.
steps to reproduce:
1.activate an end portal.
2. place an anvil on one of the black portal blocks.

MC-838 Blocks that fall and break on non-solid blocks will not fall when they are directly above a non-solid block.
