14w10a Server Not Functioning...

      There is the attached crash report. Anyone know what's happening? Help is appreciated.

      Downloaded the latest server .jar - I am very experienced in running a server, so I know that it's all installed right, and all necessary files are where they should be. [Unless there are new files I am unaware of] So that's not the issue. Not sure what's going on. Heeeelp!
