What I expected to happen was...:
When I destroy a block, the item should drop down near me, enabling me to easily pick it up.
What actually happened was...:
Sometimes, the item teleports several blocks away, to an area it should not be. For example, the dropped Logs sometimes appear on top of the tree I am trying to cut down, forcing me to either use "/tp @e[type=Item] PokeMaster99999" or "/gamemode 1" to get it. Another example is when I am trying to mine out some stone; on occasion, it will zoom over to a place it should not be able to reach, often around corners or in the dark.
Steps to Reproduce: (This is somewhat common, but not 100% guaranteed to happen, so you might have to do it a couple of times)
1. Go to a tree (I personally used Dark Oak trees, as I am in that biome).
2. Cut down said tree (an axe might speed it up, but it should not affect the outcome)
3. Watch as the log doesn't enter your inventory.
4. Go look for said log. It could be a couple blocks away, in which it travelled an abnormally large distance from the tree.
If I can, I'll add a video showing it; however, no promises, as I don't think I've got any filming software installed.
