vine image on one side is missing completely and then when you walk to the other side its the vine

What I expected to happen was...:
to see booth sides of the vine

What actually happened was...:
one side on the vine is invisible the other is clearly the vine

Steps to Reproduce:
1. find a grown out vine hanging by itself
2. walk to one side of it and its invisible
3. walk to the other side and its the vine
