When i throw a block out of my inventory the blocks around me turn blue like the sky, after a lot of blocks I can see the top of the blocks but not the sides, it also does this when i hold a flower or torch,I can see animals moving but not blocks

I thought i can just hold a flower and throw blocks out,

instead i can hardly see any thing

to trigger it throw any block out of inventory or hold a flower or torch.
