2 bugs, music stop when changing modes and spectating underwater layer.

bug 1: when i was playing around with spectating mode, i switch from spectating to creative and the music ether stops and plays a different music at that moment or stops completely. and same thing from creative to spectating. but sometime it does this and sometimes it lit's the music keep playing. it's random.

bug 2: when i was in spectating mode i became a squid underwater and of cores you can't move were you want to look nor move the creature right? well i knew that but move the mouse anyway but than i see i was able to move this layer that you only see when your underwater, but of cores your not moving the looking position but i was able to move this layer. i am calling it layer because i don't know what alts to call it.
