If you're in the middle of retracting a sticky piston, breaking it will cause lava particle to show up rather then the usual piston breaking particle
Steps to reproduce:
1. Place a sticky piston
2. Place a redstone block next to the piston
3. Break the block as fast as possible starting from the redstone block
4. Lava breaking particle will appear instead
