I was in the middle of building my enderman farm when an enderman spawned near me. I hit the enderman and then my game became unresponsive. I exited the game and reloaded the world to try and continue my build but I wasnt able to do anything. The mobs animations were responsive but they didnt move. I couldnt break blocks without them just disappearing, hitting mobs didnt work or do anything, I didnt take damage from anything I was basically in a never ending ghost mode. I exited and entered the world several times and each time I started in the same spot as the game had crashed and then couldnt do anything.
