Notice a weird beta hole, save and quit wouldn't bring the chunk back. Had to delete the chunk in Mcedit in order to fix it.

Side Notes:
1. in Mcedit it showed the terrain as if it was generated differently in the beta hole, terrain gen code cross over bug maybe?

2. Found 2 more beta holes that needed fixed, chunk loading seems off.

3. All item frames losted there items/maps, and all chests lost there items aswell after fixing the chunks by deleting the chunks in mcedit. None of the deleted chunks contained item frames or chests.
