While playing several maps with Ender Chests in them the game crashed. See the attached crash log below.

NOTE: For some reason it says "Is modded: Very likely ..." Although The only thing I did to it was change the default skin. No mods or suspicious classes are present.

SECOND NOTE: After reading the report it says "FallingSand" is the Entity that failed to render. However, this happened 2 times upon opening an Ender Chest, 1 in a superflat world, one normal survival world. Both were from 1.4.2. Also, no sand seemed to be falling near me.
