Breaking an ice block in an ice spike with cobblestone axe hangs game.

It's repeatable, not necessarily with the first block broken, but have had it happen several times when breaking anywhere between the first and third ice block in a row.

I have excited the game and restarted/launched it and repeated the issue.

i can supply the world if necessary
