What I expected to happen was...:
When I log back in my horse should be where I left it.

What actually happened was...:
When I logged back in the horse and the saddle disappeared. This happened twice. The second time I even put the saddle in a chest and it disappeared from there. This seems to be a different issue from MC-24522 and leaving the chunk and re-entering it does not resolve the issue.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Travel by horse away from home
2. Tie up horse to a post
3. Log out and log back in and horse has disappeared.
