      What I expected to happen was...:
      be able to access the setting easily so I could do a quick test stream.

      What actually happened was...:
      It said I needed to migrate my account which I already had.

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Run Minecraft with an already-migrated account
      2. Go to Settings
      3. Go to Broadcast Settings
