All blocks except lava and water glitch out and go invisible

      Whenever I play minecraft (mainly multiplayer servers) it will glitch out and make all the blocks invisible but I wont have lag and I can destroy them still. it wont happen instantly but over a period of time it randomly does this. The crash report described it as a "Ticking Entity". This just started recently but I don't know why.
