      Twitch broadcasting settings to be displayed

      What actually happened was...:
      Minecraft returned "unable to load libraries needed for integrated Twitch Broadcasting service"

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Start Mincraft
      2. Click options on the main menu
      3. Click Broadcasting Settings
      4. Get error
