I tried to enchant a fishing rod. I expected it to give me the variety of enchantment levels that I could click on to get the enchantment. However, when I clicked on the first one, nothing happened. same thing for the second. the third gave me Unbreaking I (1). I switched into creative mode, and tried to enchant rods with different enchantments, but some buttons did not work. The ones that did were all level 4-7 enchantments which could mean the other enchantments (luck of the sea, lure, ect.) are not properly programed into the enchantment table. To recreate, get fishing rods, and try to enchant them. You will notice how the buttons don't respond.
