I recently downloaded minecraft 1.7.2 and I cannot get sound to work at all. I have tried everything I could find on google and forums. Pressing F3 and S at the same time, reinstalling the game many times, copying all files in .minecraft>assests>sound and pasting them into .minecraft>assests>sounds. The in game volume is 100% and every other source of sound on my computer works with no problem (Music, other games, etc.). If I click on the Development Console tab on the launcher it says things like "[12:49:08 WARN]: Couldn't download https://s3.amazonaws.com/Minecraft.Resources/sounds/mob/zombiepig/zpigangry2.ogg for job 'Resources'" It does that for a while until it finally says it gave up trying to download the files. Any help would be appreciated.
