i was testing with set block, and I was in the negative co-ords (x= -300 y= 60 z= 1000) and when ever you made a block spawn at a certain location, I needed to add 1 onto the negative to get it to spawn in the allocated area, so I was wondering if the setblock command missed out the co-ord 0 that's why there is a mix up so just to sum it up, when you are spawning a block with setblock, if its in the negatives you need to add 1 to the co ords
