What Happened:
I was on a world, (seed -1444124671) using tnt near bedrock. I had Night Vision (6:00) potion on, I was using Redstone Torches to explode TNT. At some points, I would teleport about 15 blocks away and the screen would black out entirely. This was not caused by the Night Vision potion wearing off.
The teleporting was similar to "rubberbanding" caused by server lag, but I was not lagging and i was in Single Player. The way I could fix it was by placing a redstone torch, updatng the light levels.

What I expected to happen:
TNT would go off and Night Vision would be unaffected.

Pease find attached a crash report from forcing a crash shortly after an occurrence.
