The water particles, that appear during fishing and that tell you if you has a fish on the hook, are also displayed on non-water blocks, like air and cobblestone.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Grab a Fishing Rod.
2. Cast it into water that is close to non-water blocks. (Like a shore or a cobblestone bridge)
