When I turn the music off in the game, it still keeps playing or stops playing and then plays again.

What I expected to happen was for the music to stop completely and not play again.

What actually happened was that even though it was turned down all the way, it continued playing.

Steps To Trigger It:
1. Have music at 100%
2. Go into a random world
3. Wait for the music to start playing
4. Press ESC --> Go Into Options --> Go Into Music And Sounds
5. Turn the music all the way down
