Minecarts go faster up hill on railroad tracks than straight flat.
I expected that they would go faster straight. But when I went on the track up hill it was faster than when I was just going flat.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put a step by step guide on how to trigger the bug here
2. Dig down into the ground in any place in minecraft
3. If you don't hit a mine, make a large room in the earth.
4. Create stairs leading back up to land again.
5. Back in the big room, start a rail road track on the side of the room farthest from the stairs.
6. Continue the rail road across the room and up the stairs to land again.
7. Set a minecart where you started to railroad. Get in the cart and move forward across the room. When you reach the road up, you will see that you get faster than going flat which is not correct.
