When I hold a specific item every block turns into black color and the shadows disappear. I can see the sky and some other special blocks like torches or water but these are in the shades of grey.
I experienced the problem with torch and rose or some other flowers.
When the problem appears I have to restart the game.
I have only experienced it in multiplayer yet.
