Short lag spike when breaking and placing blocks

      When placing/breaking blocks there is a short, but annoying lag spike
      Notice the FPS in the screenshots below

      System Specs:

      A10 580k
      8GB DDR3 RAM
      HD 7950 (OC'd to 1 GHz)

      Obviously my system should be able to handle minecraft at max settings easily.

      To mods: Took 15 minutes looking through "lag" and "fps" search results for issues within 3 weeks ago
