Survival
I updated and begun the game, immediately harvested and selected a daisy in my inventory when every block became transparent. I was able to see through caves to see mobs, lava, water, and chests. There was a blue color when looking from above ground and black when this happens underground. I had to restart the game to get everything back to normal. I then re downloaded the game and restarted my computer, having yet the same issue when i would scroll to select an item or press 1-9. I noticed the problem only with new items and blocks, now I notice the problem with dirt and torches.
update I have created new worlds and the glitch is now automatic. no matter how many times I restart the game. I also have no mods or rss packs installed.
What I expected to happen was...:
A normal non-transparent version of minecraft.
What actually happened was...:
Was able to see through every block, could not pass through them though.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log in game, in survival pick up a daisy flower for example
2. Select it with the hotkeys or by scrolling to hold it in your hand
3. Glitch happens instantly when I am able to see through everything. Sometimes underground mobs, lava, and waterfalls will flash.
***notice in attachment that the selected item in my inventory also becomes transparent. the transparent items in this picture were dirt and torches.
