When I'm on the boat i expect to turn left and right whether I am pushing the "W" key or not.

Describe what happened here

The boat only turns left and right when the "W" key is pushed down. If it is not, the boat does not turn.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create survival world. Craft boat.
2. Place boat in water and get in.
3. Go forward like normal. Once speed is built up release "W" key and try to turn boat. Does not turn.
