Pretty simple bug. Item frames cannot be broken, nor can the items be flipped, on redstone lamps, but you CAN put items in them. All gamemodes are effected.

Try yourself:

1. Place a redstone lamp
2. Place an item frame on it
3. Put a item into the frame
4. Try rotating the item or breaking the frame, you will end up breaking the lamp
