Thousands of endermen cover all available surface, even the tree tops. The game lags and freezes and then java lags my whole machine. I captured the console output and have attached it as the file logit. I captured a screenshot showing lots of endermen and attached it.

What I expected to happen was...:
Playing my beautiful world should have continued to work.

      What actually happened was...:
Instead it takes for ever to load and then is unplayable. Sometimes the ground isn't rendered and I fall for a long time then pop back up to the surface. Sometimes I can walk but then come to areas that are not rendered and which I can fall into. Any actions I'm able to take are undone some time later. The game gets slower and slower, java starts taking more than 100% of cpu as reported by top, and then it is very hard to get the game to respond to any controls to stop.
