I was going to replace the glass windows in a house with stained glass panels. As I selected the stained glass panels in my inventory the world around me disappeared. I could only see lava, water, mobs, chests, & the flame from torches. The blocks of the world were still there, and could be interacted with but everything was transparent. When I left the area I then logged out. I tried taking the resource packs out and playing with just the default resource pack but everything was black instead of transparent. After I left the area and logged out and back in a few times it showed again but there were obvious lines where old biomes and new biomes came together. When I went back to the area I was building in, everything I had build was gone and the biome was updated to a different biome. I do have a backup copy of my world from before the update.
