Instead of playing the sound of running on wool when running on a carpet, it plays the sound of whatever block the carpet is on top of. And when you run and jump on the carpet, it plays the sound of running on wool when you are moving through the air.

I expected the wool/carpet noise to play when running.

The sound of running on the block the carpet is on top of plays.

To reproduce the error:
1. Place carpet on any material (such as wood planks)
2. Run on the carpet and listen for the noise of the material beneath the carpet
3. Jump while running on the carpet and listen for the noise of the carpet
