When my shover broke because it lost durability, I was still able to dig the dirt with all of the shovel's effects because I did not let go of the mouse.

What I expected to happen was...:
After the shovel breaks I should be digging dirt with my fists.

What actually happened was...:
My fists retained the shovel's effects.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get enchanted diamond shovel that is nearly broken.
2. Dig dirt without letting go of the mouse button until durability is lost and the shovel breaks.
3. Still holding the mouse button, continue to dig dirt with your fists using the diamond shovel's enchants.
