I try to use a custom sound I putted into a resource pack but when i play it with commands or command block it just plays the default sound!

What I expected to happen was that i heared my own sound i putted in

What actually happened was that it played the default sound

Steps to Reproduce:
1. place a custom sound in a resource pack (it must be a ogg file)
2. open a minecraft world
3. use the command /playsound (put place of custom sound here) (your name)
4. or play the sound with a command block: /playsound (put place of custom sound here) @a
5. it plays the default sound instead of the custom sound
