I recently discovered a way to put the enchanted animation on any item (Not a glitch, it's just NBT behavior). Now, the number that determines the amount of items in a stack displays behind the item icon.
How to reproduce:
-Do "/give @p flint 64 0 {ench:[
]}" OR give yourself multiple nether stars (on a stack)
-You will probably see the number behind the item. Also, sometimes it does not render.
