Its both for creative and survival as I allready mentioned.

Both Survival and Creative When you are in creative mode and a status affect is on you and you hold an glowing item in your inventory screen (nether star, enchanted book, potions, bottle o enchanting, enchanted tool.) the status turn's into a white thingy and you can't see what status is on you when you home over an item is shows and when your holding it nothing happens, in survial it's nearly the same, when you home over an item it does show and when your not it doesn't show. + an extra when your in survival mode the word crafting at the 2x2 crafting grid is white I don't know if this was intented or not just saying. I hope this bug will be fixed soon.
