When fishing while testing the new enchantments I found that the hook sunk, and then started to float out of the water in mid-air. Also (This may be a separate bug, I'm unsure) splash particles appear about meter away from the water and/or fishing rod.

What I expected to happen was...:

Bug in 13w41b, but the issue creator only gave me the 1.3 option.

What actually happened was...:
Started a new world to test out and find some bugs and obviously succeeded in doing so.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. New world, creative mode
2. Have a hole near a flat area which is 4x4x4 in the ground and fill it to the brim with water.
3. Any fishing rod will do this, just hover over the water and throw the hook straight down, and it will come back to the surface, and then keep going. You will see it float in mid-air.
