When having a Bookshelf next to an Enchantment Table, some of the letter particles come up as in inbound black letter falling like a meteor to the shelf before flowing like any other letter. Looks like it's possibly intentional as it doesn't always happen, but most seem to see it as a bug so I'm leaving a report here.
