When in any of the tabs in the Creative inventory except for the Survival inventory, glass (regular ol' glass) appears to render all of it's sides instead of just the three visible when in the Survival inventory or the hotbar. It also happens to glass in any container GUI.
This is very similar to MC-34750, another issue I made, but I decided to make them separate because this one didn't start happening until 13w41a.
