Placing Red Mushroom Block using Red Mushroon Item from inventory by right-clicking doesn't get picked up by scoreboard. Brown Mushroom (ID 39) however works just fine. Wanted to use different shrooms for each team to determine which one placed them so I know who gets the debuffs by stepping on one.
