I have been playing Minecraft for many months and experienced no game crashes or system lock ups of any kind. Then recerntly, within the last few weeks my PC has started locking up, always when Minecraft is running. This leads me to thinking it being a new issue with these snapshots since 1.6.3. I have changed nothing on my PC before this started happening. I check the Event Viewer in Windows and I get nothing other than "Kernal Power" reports the PC shutdown unexpectedly. Because of the nature of this bug, I cant report any errors form Minecraft or anything else. if you suggest a log to view, I will take a look. This lock up is consitent enough to happen within 30 to 60 minutes, but other than that it is random. And NOTE; I AM RUNNING 64-BIT JAVA.

I have taken steps since it started locking up to run virus scans (found nothing), upgrade my video driver, and most importantly, updated my version of Java. I have both 32 and 64 bit java 7, update 40. Nothing has helped. I also confirm through a hardware monitor, nothing is overheating.

HELP!!!! I can't play this game any more if it is going lock my PC up! And I KNOW it is Mincecraft doing it.
