What I expected to happen was...:
i broked a block below a flower pot expecting to drop it

What actually happened was...:
i broked the block below a flower pot and the flower duplicated

Steps to Reproduce:
1. place a flower pot on top of a block (with a flower)
2. break the block below
3. and it duplicates , i dont know why
