If I where to place an Item Frame or Painting at say 0 10 0 facing north it would end up in all my worlds around 10 blocks from that location facing north

It shouldn't have affected all my world files with paintings/item frames

when I place a item frame in one world it popped up in all my worlds but didn't show up in the entity count and I can't punch it do delete it

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Simply place a item frame on a world
2. Open The other Worlds and it should be there
