What I expected to happen was that the block would spawn at the right coordinates (X800;Y99;Z-870)
What actually happened was the command spawned block at the wrong coordinates (X800;Y99;Z-868)
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put down a command block.
2. Write command: "/setblock <x> <y> <z> <blockID>" in the command block.
3. Activate the command block.
