I teleported to the end of the world to check out the new invisible wall and when I tried to place redstone I came across a weird bug.

What I expected to happen was...:
Redstone displays normally, like in the rest of the world.

What actually happened was...:
Redstone is four times as large as it should be

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Teleport to 30M 64 30M
2. Play around with redstone
