I got the new snapshot today, and I was really excited for the new feature of being able to add descriptions to items through a command block. I copied the tag information Jeb used in one of his pictures, ran the command, and received an error. The command block is messing up the last curly bracket, and making it a normal bracket. I have included a screenshot of the error, and a screenshot of the last phrase in the run command. It seems to think the last bracket and curly bracket are switched.
