I tried fishing in both the flying and the standing mode, in both survival, and creative(using commands),and found that the bobber floats above the water and acts as if i was fishing on a solid block(any other block other than water) i tried this in both small pond-like areas, along with the new "deep ocean" biome, and still had the same problem
